Indecision
I just wanted to write about an all too common problem so many of my clients face – indecision. For many, they are way behind on credit card payments and possibly their home and car payments. They know they should file bankruptcy because that is the only real way that they can wipe out there massive amounts of debt – but for whatever reason they resist.
Unfortunately, for many people they will wait until the problems are just so large that there is nothing left to do but file. They will inevitably call me moments after their car is repossessed or their house is officially put up for foreclosure. All of this could have been avoided in bankruptcy if they would have only gotten over their indecision.
I realize that for many of my clients this is a very trying time. You don’t have much money and the bills are only getting larger. I urge you to DO something. Reach out to a bankruptcy lawyer – but do something. Simply waiting for all of this to somehow magically pass is not being realistic. You must address the problems you are facing head on.
